This beautiful film comes from South Africa and features the rare bird, The Blue Crane.

Featuring a rather surreal quality, this short inspiring film shows a pair of the Blue Cranes attempting to fly. Combined with a moving soundtrack, I found this film to be mesmerizing.

As the birds learn to fly, there is a sense of play, of freedom in their movements. When you take the time to be still and observe nature it is breathtaking. Simply beautiful :)
